SEAMEO Regional Centre for Tropical Biology (BIOTROP) calls research project proposals for implementation in 2018 and 2019 on the theme of “Managing biodiversity of ecosystems for greater sustainability and resilience in Southeast Asia”. Research proposals should cover any or a combination of the Centre’s three new program under its 10th FYPD on restoration of degraded ecosystem, sustainable management of intensively used ecosystems/landscapes, and conservation and sustainable use of unique ecosystems/landscapes of high biodiversity.
This course challenges forest and nature management professionals to adopt an integrative perspective, to look beyond the forest, and build bridges between the public and the private sector.
